  • A. Yes, we offer an on-site service as well as workshop or remote service.
  • Q. How soon can I have an engineer visit on-site?
  • A. We aim to get an engineer to you within 48 hours, (subject to demand).
  • Q. If I want to take advantage of the cheaper workshop hourly rate, can you collect my computer?
  • A. Yes, we can collect (and disconnect) and return (and reconnect) your computer for a small charge.
  • Q. How long will you require my computer in the workshop?
  • A. We aim to get all repairs done within 48 hours, (subject to availability of parts).
  • Q. Our business relies on the computer, can GP4PC fix it over night?
  • A. Yes, by prior appointment, we can fix computers outside of your business hours.
